Frontend handles the conversion of design into code, which is what users see and interact with. Backend, as its name suggests, involves behind-the-scenes operations, including servers, hosting, and data management. Full Stack merges both Frontend and Backend.
Differences & Similarities

Web Developers can be likened to bricklayers and painters who execute physical construction and add finishing touches.
